Cattery Memberships
SRI was founded in an effort to provide catteries tools and information necessary to improve the Siberian breed. Our primary focus is ongoing research and dissemination of information regarding genetic disease and feline allergens. Active SRI members are provided quarterly updates on research projects and access to additional services.
Membership in Siberian Research Inc (SRI) is $45 yearly, and is restricted to Siberian Catteries. Your cattery and website information will automatically be listed on our membership page. We do not provide unlisted memberships.
Siberian breeders face several unique challenges and decisions, many of which are covered in documentation available to members.
- Setting reasonable expectations for the first years of breeding.
- Establishing and prioritizing goals for a breeding program.
- Finding breeders who offer support after you purchase a kitten.
- Selecting lines best suited to your current breeding plans.
